2. Description of Service

BookmarkScrub is a Chrome browser extension that helps you organize, clean, and secure your bookmarks using AI-powered categorization and security scanning. The extension monitors bookmarks for potential security threats and provides tools to manage your bookmark collection.

3. Free and Premium Features

The extension offers both free and premium features:

• Free: Scanning bookmarks, viewing AI categories, viewing security threats, seeing dead links and tracking parameters
• Premium: Applying changes, removing security threats, deleting dead links, cleaning URLs, reorganizing folders

Premium access requires a subscription and is granted via a license key.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Premium licenses are sold as subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. For any billing inquiries, contact support@bookmarkscrub.com.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the extension only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the extension
• Not share your license key with others
• Back up your bookmarks before applying major changes

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, AI categorization and security scanning may not be perfect. Always review suggested changes before applying them to your bookmarks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this extension, including but not limited to loss of bookmarks or data. We strongly recommend backing up your bookmarks before using reorganization features.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the extension or via email.
